On our 2024 BYD Seal and 2025 Shark 6, BYD switched to the 12V LFP Lithium auxiliary unit with a physical hibernate/wake feature. Even if you drain it completely, pressing the micro-switch on the driver's door handle wakes the internal LFP reserve to close the HV contactors!

Watching the cell voltages in CarScanner Pro during the final 98% → 100% phase is fascinating. At 98%, my Atto 3 sits around 3.42V per cell; in the last 15 minutes of AC charging, the highest cell hits 3.62V, the BMS drops charge current to 1.8 kW, pulls the lagging cells up within 0.005V, and then clicks the contactor off.

Lifesaver!! My Atto 3 in Sydney lost 4G connection for 4 days after parking in a B4 underground car park in the CBD. Rebooting the screen 5 times did nothing. Pulled the T-Box fuse under the steering column for 1 minute as you described, popped it back in, and full 4G bars + BYD App remote AC control came back instantly!
