Completed a 20,000 km 6-Month Report family holiday in our 7-seater BYD Tang AWD with 6 passengers, a Thule aerodynamic roof box, and full camping gear.
Practicality & Range Data:
- With Roof Box at 105 km/h: Energy consumption averaged 22.4 kWh/100km (compared to 19.6 kWh/100km without the roof box).
- Brembo 4-Piston Front Brakes: Stopping power when fully loaded descending mountain passes is phenomenal, especially paired with High Regenerative Braking.
- 3rd Row Space: Kids up to 165 cm fit comfortably in the third row with dedicated USB-C ports and air vents.

@DominicWilson Those factory Brembo calipers behind the 21-inch alloys give so much confidence when the car is loaded with 7 people and luggage.
