Exiting Climate Control back to Apple CarPlay in one press?

Whenever I'm using Apple CarPlay and open the climate control menu to adjust fan speeds or temperature, pressing the back button takes me straight to the main BYD Home Screen instead of returning to CarPlay.
Having to hit Home and then select CarPlay again every time is getting tedious. Does anyone know if there's a setting or button to close climate control and return directly to CarPlay in one step?

You can actually adjust the climate control without opening the menu at all! Use three fingers swiping up/down on the screen for temperature and side-to-side for fan speed.

In my Seal, pressing the back button goes directly back to CarPlay. Make sure your infotainment system is updated to the latest firmware.

Or just use voice control! Saying 'Hi BYD, set temperature to 21 degrees' keeps CarPlay on screen the entire time.
