The 3-stage ventilated front seats, faster DiLink 100 5G interface, factory Continental tyres, and plush revised rear dampers make our favourite daily SUV even better. Plugged into an Evie 350 kW charger at 19% SOC on the way home and saw 118 kW peak immediately!

@simon_sa_77 Cosmos Black with the factory blacked-out D-pillar trim looks super sleek right out of the showroom.

@ross.morris Did your old 2023 Atto 3 hold its trade-in value well after 3 years?

@archie_pate_mcr Held 68% of our original drive-away price after 54,000 km—and combined with $0 FBT novated lease tax savings, it owed us nothing!

Spot on breakdown. One detail I noticed after logging another 2,500 km is that the thermal management loop stays completely silent below 32°C ambient unless you chain two fast DC sessions back-to-back.
-
I ran the exact same test last month on a rainy weekend trip. Regen braking in High mode remained super predictable, and the LFP pack voltage delta stayed under 12 mV on my OBD2 scanner.
-
Completely agree on the practical usability. Being able to run a 2,000W induction stove and espresso maker off the V2L socket while only dropping 3% SOC over an afternoon is a game changer.
-
Good catch on those specifications. I checked the service manual torque specs and fuse layout over the weekend and everything matches what you outlined here.

Subscribed to this thread. Has anyone here compared this behaviour before and after the latest DiLink OTA firmware update? Mine felt noticeably smoother in low-speed traffic afterwards.
-
Can confirm from my own ownership log — keeping tyre pressures at 2.5 bar cold instead of the dealer-delivered 2.2 bar immediately shaved about 0.8 kWh/100km off my highway average.
-
For anyone reading this later: make sure you enable SOC calibration by charging to 100% on AC at least once every two to three weeks so the BMS range estimator stays dead accurate.
-
@M_Kerr_NSW Checked with our local BYD master tech during my scheduled service yesterday and he confirmed this is the recommended best practice for long-term LFP Blade Battery health.

@Grant_H_Seal Just wanted to thank everyone in this thread! Followed the steps in the second post earlier this week and it sorted the issue out in less than 10 minutes. Saved me a trip to the service centre.
