Picked Up Our Denza B5 (Fangchengbao Bao 5) DMO 4x4 in Brisbane! First Off-Road Test at Glass House Mountains
-
Took delivery of our Denza B5 DMO 4x4 SUV (505 kW / 760 Nm, DiSus-P Hydraulic Suspension + Front/Rear Diff Locks) in Brisbane and took it straight up to the Glass House Mountains tracks on Sunday!

Raised the DiSus-P hydraulic suspension to High (+50mm, 310mm ground clearance!), locked the rear diff in Rock Crawl mode, and walked up a rutted clay step at 3 km/h with millimetre throttle control that no diesel automatic could ever match.

310mm of ground clearance with DiSus-P lifted + front and rear diff locks + 505 kW electric crawl control is an absolute weapon off-road!

@karen_m_vic How does it ride on the Bruce Highway at 110 km/h once you drop DiSus-P back down to Normal height?

@Denza_D9_HK Rides like a luxury Range Rover on the highway—and the Devialet 18-speaker sound system + Nappa cooled seats make the drive home after a dusty trail unreal.

My experience has been almost identical over the past 4 months. Zero rattles in the cabin so far, and the 360-degree camera clarity at night is still the best in its price bracket.

Subscribed to this thread. Has anyone here compared this behaviour before and after the latest DiLink OTA firmware update? Mine felt noticeably smoother in low-speed traffic afterwards.
