First Batch BYD Shark 6 Ute Delivery in Perth WA! Fitted Tub Liner, Electric Roller Shutter & Tow Hitch
-
Christmas came in January—just took delivery of our Outback Orange BYD Shark 6 DMO Ute here in Perth!

On-Road Impressions, Efficiency & Setup Details
Had the dealer fit the electric roller tonneau cover, sports bar, and 3,500 kg / 2,500 kg braked tow tongue before pickup. Coming out of a 2.8L turbo-diesel Hilux, the 321 kW / 650 Nm instant electric torque and rear coil-spring independent suspension make my old leaf-spring ute feel like a tractor!

Outback Orange looks tough as nails! That rear independent coil suspension + DMO electric torque is miles ahead of any rattly 4-cylinder diesel.
@LoganM_UK Have you tested the three 240V 10A power outlets inside the tub yet? Keen to see how they go running a dual-zone Engel fridge.

@Ryan_P_Seal Picked mine up in Great White on the Gold Coast yesterday—still can't get over the 360° camera clarity and the damping on the tailgate step.
